Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

In your email, please include your full name, order number, and let us know whether you would like to return your uniform or exchange it for a different size.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

RUVEE UNIFORMS, 74 Harebell Gardens, Houghton Regis, LU5 6RR.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please include your order number inside the parcel.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

• Exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

If the requested size is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange the best alternative solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
